1.Lead a team to manage New Products Introduction from Programs Start into Manufacturing to meet volume, quality, cost targets and project schedule.
带领团队对项目按照项目开发流程，从产品开案到量产进行有效管理，实现项目进度，成本，品质等各指标的有效落实。
2.Lead cross-functional team to provide effective solutions to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
领导跨职能团队为客户提供有效的解决方案，确保项目的顺利进行，满足客户需求.
3. Resonsible for project time planning,project open issues mornitoring and project status reporting.
负责项目计划制定，问题点监控，项目状态汇报
4.Manage the project risk and escalate topics to higher authorities if deviations from project targets are observed.
管理项目风险，并在发现项目偏离目标的情况下及时向上级汇报
5.Prepare and carry out project regular meetings to track project time schedule and .
组织项目核心团队进行定期的项目会议
6.Manage communication and coordination with customer and within the project core team.
负责与客户以及内部项目核心团队的沟通和协调工作
7.Prepare and maintain all required project documentation.
准备以及维护所需的项目文件
8.Evaluate the performance of Project Core Team Members.
评估项目核心成员的绩效
Requirements:（任职要求）1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Science and Engineering
本科及以上学历，理工科背景2. More than 2 years working experience with project management.
两年以上项目管理经验3. Good English reading, writing and speaking skills. Good oral English skills for direct communication with foreign client.
良好的英语读写及口语能力,能与国外客人直接口语交流.4. With strong sense of responsibility and work proactively
责任心强，工作积极主动 5. Strong team consciousness, good communication skills and actively cross department coordination
较强的团队意识，良好的沟通能力和跨部门协调能力 6. Familiar with Display Industry is preferred
有显示行业工作经验优先
